Incorporating the construction of a 3500m2 portal steel framed and clad WTS building, PCC push walls and concrete bunker walls. RC external hardstanding, two weighbridges and office building and all access roads.

Installation of new MCC, sub-station and LV switch room, site wide lighting, sprinkler system, odour control services, CCTV & security systems,  water and fire mains, telephone, water, electrical services, fire hydrants, barriers, handrailing/guardrailing and fencing together with hard and soft landscaping.

Site remediation including geo-physical surveys, drilling, grouting and capping of mine workings was also carried out.
